The founder of Bang Curry's family moved to Britain in the 1960s and with them they brought a real passion and skill for Bangladeshi cooking. Being surrounded by this, she was able to absorb skills and overwhelming enthusiasm for Bangladeshi food.After years of praise about this great tasting food, the idea for Bang Curry was born. During 2012 the recipes were tested, refined and transformed into an initial range of spice mixes based on traditional recipes used by generations of the founders Bangladeshi family.Shobji Veggie is a traditional Bangladeshi vegetable curry it can be made with a great many ingredients.
