La Gondola codfish pate have a very important characteristic which is the non use of soy flour or potato starch as an ingredient. The base of the recipe is fish and only one type of fish per pate. To the fresh fish is still added some fish of the own manufacture, in order to obtain a richer pasta of flavour, differentiating it by its consistency and singular taste. Ideal for an entre or a light lunch, also served on crusty bread or toast or with salad. It is no preservatives, artificial flavour and artificial colours.
