Returns and Exchange
We at Sports Inside have kept our returns policy very simple. If you are unhappy with the item you have received, please contact us and we will try our best to help resolve your issue. Please read the information below to help assist the return process quick & easy.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT
If your parcel has been damaged during transit, please report it to us as soon as possible and no later than 7 working days. If the item/parcel packaging has visible damage on receipt, it is recommended and is best to sign the carrier’s delivery note as "received damaged" this will help us process the claim. It is also recommended to take pictures of the damaged items/packaging. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We will reimburse a maximum of £5.00 for the return cost. We will provide a FREE return label if we are responsible.
ITEMS FAULTY ON ARRIVAL
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 14 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our quality control we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
ITEMS DOESN'T FIT/WRONG SIZE
We have provided you with size charts for reference purposes where applicable to help select the right size and help reduce the chance of sending the wrong size. Even though this process works mostly but occasionally if an item doesn't fit you as you thought you can ask for return/exchange. You can return the item back to us within 14 days of receipt with original packaging. Please make sure you have not used the item and you still have the original packaging. Buyer will have to pay for the return postage unless faulty. You will be charged a postage fee between £2.00 -£5.00 depending on the item size/weight to resend the item. Some items are not exchangeable due to hygiene reasons such as Groin Guards, Underwear garments etc.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND
If you have changed your mind and therefore don't need/want the item order you can cancel it by contacting us before it has been dispatched. If you have received the item and you want to return it then you can do so in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR), by informing us of your decision within 14 days of receipt and the goods should be sealed condition. For example, we cannot accept goods back if you have opened the seal to try it and you don't like the taste.
The item must not be used and be as new when returned to us. The buyer will pay for the return postage. Once the item has been received we will reimburse the buyer to your original payment method.
